Having taken some dolls out earlier last week to High Park for a traditional hanami outing, wearing pretty spring-themed yukata, I wanted to take some girls out for a more casual day in the park.
This is one of my favourite photos of the day – Rin, Serena, nkei’s Summer and MrCool’s Sawako relaxing in a beautiful sakura tree.
Summer is a DD Rise Kujikawa, but nkei has styled her so beautifully in soft pastel greens that she is like a beautiful faerie!
Time to showcase another lovely outfits that I’ve recently acquired! This is this gorgeous custom set called “Your Royal Highness” created by Puppy52! I fell in love with the gorgeous print of the skirt and knew that I had to have this set – and most of the pieces are sized for the DDdy/DDdy3 body, which can be hard to find clothing for.
It arrived in a beautiful box and Hinata was very excited to receive this present! What can be inside?

Puppy52 knew that this would be a gift for Hinata (since she’s my only DDdy! Hehehe!) and drew this beautiful picture of her! It’s so gorgeous!! *___* Thank you!
I love how the jeans hug the DDdy3′s curves! Puppy52 omitted the belt loops on these capri jeans so there is less bulk at the waistband when tops are worn loosely over top of them.
There are so many pieces that Hinata would look a bit silly wearing them all at once, so Serena is here to help model too!

This skirt is designed to fit on all Dollfie Dream body types and it’s so pretty! Hinata couldn’t let Serena walk away with it, so here she is modelling it with some cute coordinating stockings. Hinata is showing off a beautiful ‘Red Wine’ coloured wig to coordinate with this outfit set – do you like it on her?

Earlier this week I brought Hinata with me to Vancouver and was whisked away by Puppy52 and Aki for the day! We had lunch at Aberdeen Center and then drove into Steveston Village to take some pictures of the girls.

Oh my goodness time flies! I’ve been meaning to post about our last Toronto meet ages ago, but time just got away from me! A few weeks ago many of the Toronto-area Dollfie Dream owners got together at Go For Tea in Markham. This was our largest meetup to date (with 20 attendees!) but luckily they have a very big party room off to the side that was able to accommodate our large group! Today a few of my girls helped me to formally welcome home the newest Dollfie Dream the family! Aerie, Serena, Lily, Rin and Médée would like to introduce Sakura Matou!
I’m very excited to have Rin Tohsaka’s sister from Fate/Stay Night, but she is also Serena’s sister since I adopted her from my late friend D.ark. I’m very honoured to be able to give this pretty girl a loving new home.
I love it when friends come over to my house with their lovely Dollfie Dream girls – it makes for lots of fun photo opportunities! A couple of weeks ago my friends nkei and centurystory stayed late to hang out and take photo’s of nkei’s newest girl – Leone – a Saber Extra.
Here’s Leone with my Sidonie. Even though they are the same sculpt, faceup and eyes they have very different airs about them, don’t they?
Serena didn’t want to miss out on the fun so she dressed up joined in for a few photos too. I’m not used to seeing her as a red-head but she looks very pretty with this wig. These three look so beautiful together!

Several weeks ago, I brought home a beautiful Dollfie Dream that I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would own. I posted a little photo of her lovely smile and immediately people started to guess – but I wasn’t ready to reveal her story yet. The time just wasn’t right yet.
With today being the start of August, I feel that it’s time to finally introduce this precious girl – meet Serena! ♥
Around this time last year, I started planning a doll meetup in London with DD owners that I’d met over Twitter. It was a big deal for me: it was the my first time meeting other DD owners, my first time taking a DD out in public – and overseas no less!! and I was essentially meeting some casual strangers o_0″ I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but what actually came to pass was an awesome little meetup in London with D.ark Dollhouse, her husband Fransgaard, Jezatron and GabrielVH, and it was the first of several wonderful meetups that we had when I had to good fortune to be in London for work. It was the success of this meeting that encouraged me to go out and meet other doll owners in my local community.
